The objective of the EU funded project Clear Rights is to improve equal access to a lawyer for children suspected or accused of crime, through strengthening access to quality and specialized government-funded legal aid and pro bono legal assistance
As Terre des hommes in-house consultant, I supported the CLEAR Rights team in providing technical guidance and quality assurance for – among others – the methodology, the review of practices of legal aids in Europe, and the development of a child-led digital legal assessment tool.
Led by Terre des hommes Regional Office in Hungary. Partners: PILNET (Hungary), Alliance of Lawyers for Human Rights (France), Tdh Romania, Defence for Children The Netherlands, Defence for Children Belgium.
